SCOPE OF WORK: (Full Training given in all areas)
General Cleaning
• Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the areas allocated for cleaning, i.e Swimming Pool surrounds, Health Club and Equipment, Gym and Public Areas.
• Reporting to the supervisor any incident or accident.
• Reporting to the supervisor of the area concerned any maintenance requirements such as light bulb replacements, leaking wash basins etc.
• Assist in all other areas if required.
Catering (Cafe)
• Taking the members/customers order at the Cafe.
• Preparing the order and serving with a high standard of customer service.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the area at all times.
• Controlling the stock.
• Reporting any stock discrepancies
• Reporting any maintenance requirements for the Cafe.
Other areas
• After training, deputising for the FOH Receptionist.
• Assisting in all other areas as required.
