Roles and Responsibilities:
The purpose of the job is to provide technical support to customers, sales team, production and technical manager.
Job Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
1. Design and selection of all filtration products based on customer application and requirement.
2. Preparation of Special Filter /Ecology units / Housing boxes quotations as per the client requirements.
3. Assist in pricing of different category of filters and special filter products.
4. Assist in preparation of compliance statements as per consultant specifications
5. Provides technical clarification to customers and clients through mails, phone or on site.
6. Presentation to clients , consultants & contractors on Filtration products & solutions
7. Assist in factory visit of major Clients & consultants.
8. Provides technical clarification to sales team internally.
9. Support sales team during technical meeting with clients.
10. Manages client interaction and expectations regarding development efforts.
11. Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
12. Providing Applications Engineering support and maintaining a working knowledge of all active projects.
13. Assist in Filter testing procedures and arrange for the certification to the customers/clients.
14. Assist in preparation of technical catalogues, training materials & other technical documents.
15. Assist in preparing /cross checking the technical data in work order and thus ensuring smooth operation of product production.
16. Provide technical clarification to production department to ensure timely delivery of products.
17. Provide technical support in new product development as per market demand
18. Hunt for suppliers and vendors for raw materials required to complete a project.
