Keeping this short and sweet. I have a pretty good job that is extremely flexible. I make my own hours and my boss lives multiple states away so I do what I see fit on a daily basis. I’ve just received a new job offer for about a 30% raise but this job will be working with a team, set/more hours, and tied to the same account everyday. (Right now I travel some with my current job) I think this is a great opportunity but I love my current work schedule and freedom. Is getting a decent raise worth losing my awesome work/life balance?
