Choosing between two sales jobs, which job should I take?

Job 1 — No benefits. 30k Base. High Ceiling, top first year earners do 150k+. (possible to make upwards of 300k for top earners. in Y2 onwards). My would be team leader is working a deal right now that will net him ~ 20k on one deal in a high volume industry (15-30 closes a month). On target expectation is 80k Y1. I Live 1.2 Miles from the Office, walkable, or can bike in 10 minutes. Very competitive Industry making 400+ cold calls a day. Really liked the team leader who I would be working under. Hours are 8am to 6pm, with ability to work until 9pm, Saturdays & Sundays.
Job 2 — Benefits & 401k Matching. 45k base. 100k+ On target expectations in year 1. Top closers at the position doing 250k plus. I believe in the value proposition of this business more than Job 1. Lower call volume & a greater diversity of tasks which would include contacting through email and social media. Seems slightly more creative in this way. Hands down, Job 2 is a better business. The commute is 1.5 hours there and 1.5 hours back from where I live. This could be a crusher, but am considering whether it is worth it, as job 2 is 9-5, and job 1 is 8-6. If the commutes were the same I’d no doubt pick this job. I am on a month to month lease, but would be unwilling to move to an area that it’d take less than 45 min to get there.
Both are B2B. Job 1 focuses on small businesses. Job 2 will more likely be selling to C-Suite execs.
What do you think? Thank you for the help! Let me know in the comments if there is any info that I’m not thinking about which I should include!
