how do I make more money as a Sr Financial Analyst working for a large company?

Hello all,

I’ve been with my company for 3 years and I’m very happy with the work, the people and the opportunities. I work for a large “fortune 8” company that deals in pharmaceuticals.

I recently moved up a position and after looking over my salary growth I’m estimating that on average, my pay is only increasing at a rate of 6% a year (75k to 89k). Is there any areas in the corporate world I could look into that would raise my salary above 100k? I’ve been specializing in process automation and have made some serious improvements using VBA, python, and data management. Furthermore, I’m one of a handful of people who knows how to do this kind of automation. After many conversations with bosses and coworkers, there doesn’t seem to be much interest in the tools I’ve created. I’ve developed full fledged applications and bots to solve long standing problems. I would assume this would open up some opportunities, but no one seems to care. What can I do to leverage my technical abilities into more income?
