hey guys,
So I’m a sophomore in college, I’ve been desperate to get a job because I want to move out of a bad living situation. I applied to a bunch of jobs (like a lot, a lot) and I heard back from some, one of them offered me an interview as a desktop support technician.. but I don’t know anything about IT skills. They sent me a bunch of questions to answer prior to the interview with troubleshooting scenarios. I honestly have no knowledge, but I usually do well in interviews and I don’t want to lose this. I’m willing to work hard. What should I do?
