Should I take sub-lateral move for more career opportunity?

Hey guys, I’ll keep it quick

Current role as a Program manager at a small, 50 million company. I’m the only PM and I’m doing mostly project work. Not much upward opportunity, I already make at the high end of company pay.

Opportunity at enterprise level tech company with national and international programs/projects.
**Title would be associate PM, pay is 55k.** Lots of other PMs and growth opportunities.

It seems like a hard pill, to take a 20k pay cut in addition to a title cut.
What’s your objective perspective?
