Back story, I felt screwed over by my manager recently. No, I won’t go to HR to talk about it bc I don’t trust them. I wanna say it all without naming names or departments on this survey. But am scared it’ll somehow backfire on me. What should I do? It didn’t ask which department I’m in when I clicked on the survey link, but how anonymous are they really?
