Graduated in 2021 with a STEM degree and landed my first industry job that December. My job has been challenging and the learning curve pretty steep but, I at least my work was doable and I could take pride in it.
Recently, however, my coworker and I have been given sole responsibility for accomplishing a truly, scientifically impossible task. Rather than accept that we cannot do what was asked without the appropriate data, I just watched managment make a grown women cry as she was grilled for hours for information she could not possibly have.
Help me get the fuck out of this place, please.
