How do I transition out of sales?

28M, UK Bristol based but close to London, just signed off with stress so closing my business as a self-employed life insurance broker and taking the next 6 weeks off to clear my head while applying for a new job.

I’m a highly organised, adaptable creative individual but the last 2 years have not been my best years (break up, existential anxiety and work stress)

The last 2 years have taught me as an extravert I need hybrid working, I need to feel like there is progression in terms of my skills/career path and I’m on a decent salary 35-50k minimum.

I have struggled for a long time finding my path and I’m really worried I keep falling into sales jobs, can anyone offer an opinion or advice for my next steps?
