How to progress in healthcare industry without being a healthcare professional?

I was studying physiotherapy in NZ (4 year degree, 3 years of study+placement and 1 year of full time placement).

I couldn’t afford the last year of university. Talked a bunch to the department and they let me graduate with Bachelor of Health Science since I did 3 years.

I’m currently working in a role similar as allied health assistant that doesn’t pay the best. Now is there any short qualifications or further study that won’t take too much time to better my job prospects? I just cannot afford another 3+ years of university
