I’ve been applying for several jobs the past 3 years. I gained my boilers license in the state where I live. I have 20 years experience in maintenance. But it always turns out the same way. I have the experience and the licenses, but no supervisor or lead experience. The companies I interview with pass on me and hire other people with no licenses due to me not having leadership experience. How can I overcome this? I’ve been applying to simular jobs.
