I’m currently working on my Master’s in Human Resources and Employment Law and hope to graduate next summer. My Bachelor’s is not in HR, and I have no HR-specific job experience, only general office admin experience.
Basically, I’m worried about job hunting. I would prefer not to take too entry-level of a job, but I know that might not be possible with no experience. Is there a “best” HR area I could get into easily with my degree but no experience? Recruiting, payroll, benefits, etc.? Any other advice on job hunting as an aspiring HR professional?
