My new job is a disaster, but will I look like a job hopper if I leave?

I work in a financial leadership position and have a Finance degree, MBA, CPA, and CMA. My last 3 jobs were with 3 different companies, but I stayed in each job for a little over 3 years. Left each position for career growth and increased responsibility.

I’ve been in my new job for just a few months, but it is not what I expected. The business itself is performing terribly with a significant risk of bankruptcy, there is very high employee turnover, lack of general processes in place, non-supportive manager, and poor culture (rude colleagues, etc). They are a private company and none of this was shared with me during the interview.

Should I stick it out for 2 years so it doesn’t look bad on my resume, or would you suggest I jump ship now? If I do decide to leave, how should I explain my reason for leaving in interviews for new jobs?
