Not totally sure if this is the right sub but I need career help. Should I choose an accounts assistant job or a government job in the civil service?

Things I require at my job:

– repetition

– scheduled I.e. I know what I need to do the next day

– least amount of conversation with people outside of colleagues

– Can be left alone

– decent pay I.e. 27k and above

– work life balance – this is an important one! To add detail – free time during the 9-5 and or finish exactly at 5 no later.

– also, can you tell me from your experience how easy/hard they are to get into.
