What sort of red/green flags should young adults look for when talking to recruiters/managers for career positions on LinkedIn?

I feel like on career websites such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, etc there are a lot of recruiters looking to hire for jobs that are generally less desirable, such as insurance sales or cold calling, where inexperienced young adults might not suspect any issues or know any better.

I feel like it’s really easy for someone inexperienced to hear about a position that sounds great on paper, that a more experienced person could tell isn’t as great as it seems in reality.

What are some red flags/green flags to keep in mind when talking to recruiters on LinkedIn? Are there any common scams/bad opportunities to stay away from, such as a certain tell sign that a position won’t have any upward mobility and would be a waste of time?
