Which offer would u take?

New role
associate director in pharma for sponsor side. Public company 170k base, 18% bonus, 75k in equity and long term incentives (RSUs etc) 5 days in office to start (6-8 months then hybrid) 14 miles away. Pays full medical deductible. Plus side: really good for career growth + experience in stuff I don’t have on my resume

Stay at current role and accept counter At CMO start up. Chaotic place, problems with direct report who is protected class and HR is struggling to fire.
Senior manager 190k, 15% bonus, keep current options with high strike price of $30 (wont go public for a couple years and don’t see it going above $50 for a LONG time) hard to say what it’s worth bc they’re options Plus side: well respected and liked by execs and completely remote

I’ve been remote 2.5 years. It’s gonna suck going into the office again but I’ll prob get used to it I assume. Both unlimited PTO.
