i had a meeting with manager in which i have been informed that next year in march, i am gonna get a senior position in our company.
before that, i had applied for 1-2 companies (the salary is not that competitive, apart from that everything is fine) and one of them even invited for an interview.
do you think that it would be better to get senior title, work 1-2 months and leave the company? can i keep working as a senior in another company with 2 months experience?
