How do I get a job that requires at least a bachelor degree?

I didn’t know how the real world worked when I was in my early twenties. So I majored in what I was most interested in, pure mathematics. I even completed a Master’s degree. Attempted a PhD but realized it was not for me. Now I am a 1.5 years out of school working as an admin assistant for 14 dollars an hour. With overtime it adds up to the equivalent compensation of a 17 an hour position. With cost of living increases, I need to find something better than that soon. The problem is that I just am not getting any opportunities that pay more than 17 an hour, and to be more specific I am not getting any opportunities that require more than a high school degree. I am the only person at my current job who went to a college. I’ve applied to so many “entry level” positions and nobody seems to see any potential in me.

Networking is not an option. I literally have zero social network, have visible and noticeable difficulties in social situations (due to Asperger’s), and also not particularly well liked by the people I went to school with. People thought I was strange and avoided me, just like they do anywhere I try to meet people.
