Several of my team members who I directly supported were let go earlier this week and I’m still feeling really sad about it. They were great to work with, smart as heck, and passionate. Plus many of them are older with children and families to support. Haven’t been able to really get into my work these last few days. I feel a bit silly because I didn’t really know them on a personal level, but it makes me sad & angry that this happened to them. I’m also starting to look at leadership completely differently because of the way they’re handling this.
