How do I go from being a project manager for cultural projects to IT project manager?

Basically, see question.

I was originally a high school teacher who managed to set foot in project management. I started out working abroad teaching my language to people from different countries. This led to managing cultural projects in cooperations with universities and embassies. Furthered my training in International Relations and worked as an Assistant to a politcian for a year. Past 2 years I worked for a company managing a small team and a medium-sized project that is centered around digital education.

Now, I’m 9 months pregnant and I will stay home for a while and also wanna use the time to further my education, maybe get some certificates that let me set foot in IT-project management, because as you might know, working with stakeholders in education/culture/official politics is not well-paid and often tedious and bureaucratic.
