Do jobs that accept people with associate degrees give good benefits?

So I’ll be graduating here soon with an associate’s degree in business administration. (I know from posting on here previously that my degree is just about useless). So I was wondering if a job hires me (assuming it’s entry level), do they offer benefits? Like insurance, PTO, or 401k? Or does it just depend on the company?
For reference, I’m a 19 y/o girl who still works at her first job from highschool
