Hello experts, I got a job offer for the position of sales/store manager for $75000 and a promise for a very lucrative bonus structure and promotion opportunities at a very big jewelry store chain.
Currently I’m a sales manager for a telecommunications brand and being paid around $70k in Canada at a low traffic store.
I asked some of my friends if I should take the position and I received mixed reviews.
My question is; is there any scope of working for jewelry store chain whether it is big or small? Even though I have very good bonus structure I don’t see myself gaining more skills at this position but salary and bonus seems to be really good.
Any advice should be appreciated?
