I know the title sounds stupid, but please hear me out. I am 18 and in a pretty good Uni right now, going for some degree in the STEM field; I work in the maritime field in WA and love water and scuba diving. My favorite game is subnautica (if you are not familiar with it, you explore an alien water-based planet and conduct research on local flora and fauna). I am wondering what jobs (that ideally would pay well) would put me in a similar environment of studying life in the depths and preferably in colder temperatures.
