Should I take the job?

I signed my offer letter, but I am having second thoughts.

Pros
1. job pays 13k more
2. located nearer to family
3. better climate (pretty much no snow)
4. senior position
5. slightly lower cost of living
6. less responsibility (doing two roles currently)

Cons
1. – will be promoted soon so difference will be just 5k
2. -no break lease clause so will have to pay out rest of my lease around 5k
3. payback retention bonus net 3k ( although my PTO and last pay checks will cover that and more)
4. giving up what I know and is familiar been here almost two years.
5. joined a club which I will have to pay the remaining balance so if I leave early within the year $800.
6. deposit and first month’s rent could be around 3k

It is a contracting job. No dependents just me. I was just putting my feelers out there since the job severely low balled me unfortunately. New hires are making 10k more than me and I have two roles literally doing more work than anyone.

My brain says to wait. In 4 months, I won’t have to pay back the bonus. I’ll reduce my lease to about 2500k and the club to 500. Just a smart financial decision to wait.

My heart says why not. I’ll make up the money in 6 months. I’ve already said “yes” signing my offer letter, although there is no official start date. Plus, above all I really hate this manager role especially when ALL my employees I’m in charge of get paid more than I do.
