My workplace posted an internal job posting for a Supervisor position and while reading through it, I find this.

Now I don’t know anyone personally in this position but I have heard them talk about being overwhelmed in the past pre-pandemic and my workplace likes to test out new ideas, requirements, goals, on employees which you can be let go from failing to do. So I’m a little hesitant to go for it.
