Should I leave a global prestigious tech company for a smaller company for slightly less pay?

I currently work as a logistics manager in a global company for a well above average salary for my age (mid twenties). I have company stock that I will get next year also, but these will be worth substantially less than they were when I got them due to recent market crashes.

I’ve been offered a role in a similar logistics environment in a role that is at the same level as I am now. However, as the title states due to losing the company stocks which will best next year my total comp will be lower. In my current role I’m also due to be promoted Q1 next year which would mean about a 15% salary increase.

With that being said, my current role is stressful and senior management can be extremely incompetent and toxic. The environment can be very cut throat and I often work well passed my finish time only to get up and have to work early the next day. The senior management in the new role have all been in the job for decades and many are looking to retire soon so there is likely to be upward mobility in the next year or two but not as quick as Q1 next year. I also believe it would be very easy for me to excel in the new role given the experience in my current role.

Kind of stuck on what to do. I’m not happy where I am but I have a mortgage and things to pay for.
