I will be doing my in person interview and tour of my perspective place of work this Thursday. I had 2 interviews already. After the 2nd interview the perspective boss seemed very interested and wanted me to come in and do a in person interview and tour of the place ASAP. The question. How to break the news after I get a signed offer to my current work place.? My direct boss left 2 months ago. I report to the plant manager and general manager for right now. It’s a mess where I’m working at now. I am the only person who does water treatment at my current job. They don’t believe in cross training. Thanks
