I considering a job in the corporate world that uses certain technical tools, and says knowing them beforehand is preferred/a plus, but not required, and that they can train you. Should I trust that? Even if the company has a reputation of pretty good and supportive culture?
I’ve heard some people say company training can often be low quality, job related explanations with it can be difficult to understand if you don’t have a good background. They have work to be finished quickly and if you can’t catch up to speed in the first month, you have to worry about keeping your job.
What should I trust?
