What creative career can I follow having only studied sciences and wanting to move away from them?

I am currently on a year long leave of absence from medical school and the longer I am on it, the more I realize just how badly I don’t want to go back. \[ Panic attacks, nose bleeds from stress,… “bad thoughts”, you name it\] .

I have always been a creative person, so much so that I’ve even managed to sell some of my paintings to enthusiastic buyers, but I don’t necessarily want to paint for a living as that would take away the pleasure of it.

My issue is that my whole life I’ve always solely focused on becoming a doctor. Now that I’ve completed 2 years I am deeply regretting it, but also don’t know what other career options there are and I don’t know where to start. The obvious first thought was graphic design but it just doesn’t feel right to me. I love Marvel movies so I started to wonder about CGI artists, but I have no programming or computer IT experience however it still looks interesting, and for SFX artists … it doesn’t feel right. I even considered architecture, but I think I owe it to my younger self never to look at physics again.

If you have an advice or even career options I will most likely now be thinking of, please let me know. Thank you.
