I’m close to 7 years in IT. I was an ERP consultant earlier and now work in a role similar to Project manager where I drive a project, tell people what to/ how to do and do some technical work myself.
I’m trying to identify what to learn to move to the next level. I was earlier interested in programming and tried learning that but i think this will not help with my career in any way.
Can you please help me identify what I should learn so that I progress inline with this job and remain relevant to be able to switch.
Edit: I don’t want to switch to programming. That was something that I had in mind when I started my career.
