Do you prefer staying at job with 10% increase per year or job hopping?

I am in the begging of my career, I joined a firm and getting a 10% salary increase every year since.

I started to feel bored and want to ask you guys if it’s worth jumping to another job or not, knowing the fact that salary won’t increase steadily the same every year.
