Just got news last night I got a new job. I’ve been with my current employer 3 months, and it has not been a good experience. Underpaid and overworked, I have a lot of responsibility. I run a department and there is no one to replace me. I will try to give them as much time as possible to come up with a replacement plan, but I’m not staying even if they were to double my salary.
What is the best day to resign from a job? Friday and Monday seem like the best days. Any advice on what day to do it?
