I (34m) have been working IT at a law firm for over a year. My first biss was straight forward with me, and we got to learn how to have a good working relationship. She was suddenly let go, and my new boss was’t really present and made himself available for me. I got transferred to a new boss. I feel we have had communication issues lately, and that I am not living up tp her ways of doing things. I want to have a good working relationship with her, but I also feel like she favors another coworker who had been with her longer over me. Thoughts?
