What PC/Electronics Education and Career should look into?

[ad_1]

I’m trying to figure out what career path I want to take. I (28m) have worked in a factory and warehousing my entire career and it’s all just back-breaking physical work. I’m tired of trying to heal my body every other day.

I do enjoy building and tampering with electronics and such. I built my own PC and any time I have electronics like controllers or laptops that don’t work, I find joy in just taking them apart, finding the issue, and fixing it. Most college majors i have looked up have been software engineering but I don’t know if that’s the same kind of path that would give me the satisfaction I’m looking for.

I’ve only got my Highschool Diploma with the willingness to go to college but I don’t know what kind of Majors to look for or such in my area or online.
