Which careers in healthcare are not dealing with patient work alot. And requires little education than bachelor’s or master’s degree?

I was wondering are there any good jobs to get into healthcare that don’t deal with much patient interactions like nurse, cna, assistant.

Are there any certifications to get or A.S Degree to get in order to get a good paying job.

Im 26 now, but still haven’t figured out what I want from life. I just feel overwhelmed and feeling as if I need to rush to complete college and get a good job. Even thought internally I do understand, nothing comes easy. We have to grind our way to the top by starting from the bottom.
