Tiny start-up or established company for fresh grads?

I have got two offers with similar salaries, and I am anxious on which would be the right path for me.

The first is from a tiny— less than 10 people start-up as a project coordinator, but really I would be handling a little bit of everything, and will get to work with the founders who have great connections and 30+ of experience in the industry.

The second is with a big, long-established company in a business development team that reports to the CEO directly.

The first has flexibility, remote work and upward mobility, the second is 9 hours a day, on-site job.

I dread the daily commute, but my previous experience with a start-up hasn’t been the best, I learned a lot of transferable skills but was rewarded with more work.

Any thoughts to take into consideration?
