Hello! First time posting here. I have over 5 years of experience in the HR field and many of operations and management prior to HR. Although, I enjoy the HR field, I find that data related projects or ideas are what I find myself enjoying the most. I have an MBA, so probably no higher education that I am willing to do at this point, but open to any classes, certifications, etc. any advice will be appreciated. Thank you!
