How do I ask about flexible scheduling in a roundabout way??

I have a final interview that is specifically a “culture fit” interview. The job is a remote corporate MarTech role on salary. I have a foster child who has appointments a couple days a week and I’ll need to drive him to those which means leaving work a little early, while I’m happy to just work later past 5 to make up for the lost time.

How do I find out if the culture/team is going to be accommodating to this without straight up asking if I can leave early twice a week which sounds bad?
