I am a highschool student and I am passionate about becoming a pilot. I have some few questions for pilots in the Reddit. My counseller at school told me that it is very expensive to be a pilot. How did you manage that? Did you have to borrow any student loans? I am also worried that if I become a pilot, I would be absent from my family, if I have kids in the future, I am afraid that my job would make me leave my kids and my family often. Can you please explain to me how is the life of a pilot? Do you get to spend time with your family? How did being a pilot affect ur personal life and connection to your family? I am also wondering where did you train to be a pilot and how long it took? Was it easy for you to find a job quickly after graduation? Is there high demand for pilots?
