Should I consider taking a new opportunity?

Hi, all. I am currently an Financial Planning and Forecasting Analyst. I started this role last July and was head hunted for it last April. I have about 6 years mixed accounting and finance experience. I really enjoy my director and CFO I report to. The thing is the company is in a tough spot and I am being head hunted for other opportunities now. What would you do in my situation?
I am learning a lot working in FP&A since I have never worked in this area directly before. Also one of the positions I am being head hunted for is a Director of FP&A. I know I could manage a team and I have M&A experience; I am just worried my skills are not up to par especially since I have only 8 months under my belt. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I can give more detail if need be.
