I recently got an offer from an external company for 65k. My current company initially offered me 57500 for relatively the same position. However, after I told them the other offer, they upped to 63500. Both companies have relatively the same benefits. Any advice on what to do here? I really like my company and have been here for almost 4 years. Thanks.
