Consistent career that is low stress?

Not sure if I’m asking the right way, but I mean jobs that don’t have constant stress and quotas, jobs I can do at work without someone on my neck each day about increasing productivity, that is “consistent” meaning no matter the economy, these positions would still be needed

I’m in college going after a BS in Digital Media Art, was hoping to get into UX, some type of educational design, idk

But I’m feeling so discouraged. I just want a job that I clock in, do the work, and go home. I suffer from PTSD, GAD, ADHD, & major depressive disorder so I don’t think I’m being lazy, it’s just high stress is killing me.

I’m in a pretty privileged customers service job right now but I can feel I’m on the cusp of quitting or being fired and it makes me nervous for the future.

I was thinking possibly HR, as almost every company needs them… or nursing (just for the fact they can work 2 days a week, I know this can be a stressful career though).

I haven’t been exposed to many careers throughout my life and am looking for some hope?
