Flagged for not making 50% attendance—is now the right time to quit?

I’ve never quit a job and I’m unsure if now is the right time to give my employer my (1 month) notice.

Right now I work in NYC for a company that’s hybrid, and I was planning on moving out of state on 5/1 and putting in my two weeks in mid-April. They’ve been really cracking down on 50% attendance, and I got reported for having only a 27% attendance (I knew I wasn’t meeting the quota, but also knew I was quitting so didn’t really bother)

I got asked from my manager to come up with a 12-week plan that schedules the days I’m coming into the office to meet the 50% quota.

Should I tell my manager I don’t intend on staying with the company for the next 12 weeks in response to his email?
