Hi everyone- I am 29M working with my current employer from last 2 years. I’ve been recently offered a role with £10k more money but currently I work from home and only recently started to go to office once a week.
I have 2 kids and with my current job I can raise them and help my wife once she goes back to her job from Mat leave.
New job offer demands 4-5 days in office and travel time is also 1 hour.
Wondering what should I do ? Any advice please ?
