Skills to learn during downtime?

I work for the VA in the pharmacy call center and I have a BS in Psychology. I went to school with the intention of going into substance abuse counseling but unfortunately getting a CSAC is a bit of a catch 22. I need hours of practice with supervision to get the license but I can’t find a job doing it without the license.

I need ideas on anything I can learn or get certified in during the down time. I have generally around 5 minutes between each call and our time is tracked so I know at the end of each day I’m averaging about 3 hours of downtime.

I need something to fill this besides doomscrolling and Rosetta Stone.

Pharmacy has been swell and all but I’d rather leave it behind and move forward in my career.

I don’t like feeling stagnant and unfortunately getting a masters or going to pharmacy school is out of the question at the moment.

I’m open to basically anything but coding. I learned SQL last year and I just don’t enjoy that type of job.

I’m open to paying a reasonable amount but nothing crazy like going back to community college and doing a program.
