As the title says my company just promoted almost everyone it the company for one level except me, I asked my manager about it especially because he promised me a raise 6 months ago because my salary is very low and he acknowledges that, but nothing happened and he said he will take action but it’s been 4 days and I didn’t heard back from him should I ask him again or I start looking for new job
