28(m), not that it matters. Started new job on the accounting side about 8 months ago and had only training on the job. Made a few mistakes in the beginning but starting to understand the processes and expectations. Company culture is great but my boss has been micromanaging me since the beginning. She’s had nothing positive to say about me in my mid-year review, and I’ve been super nervous every time I go to work. So just makes matters worse. Should I stay and see how it goes? Or should I cut my losses early and find another job?
