I am currently a employee with the VA and I am wondering how Lockheed Martin, UT Southwestern, and Parkland hospital compare in terms of benefits and growth potential. I know federal benefits are better for the long term, but unless you know someone or you have a lot of years of experience, it’s pretty much impossible to move up in the federal government. I’m considering leaving the VA.
