I’ve just started a new career and if I’m successful I could be eligible for an MBA programme. Ultimately I’d like to start my own business.
I’ve thought about consulting but I have no degree. I have a vocational qualification in business. My strengths are that I’m analytical, detail oriented, fairly good at maths and quite good at planning. I’m getting better at problem solving in my new job. I’m also quite good at getting rapport with people.
I wonder if I should pursue an MBA to give me the credibility and necessary skills to start something of my own? It’s so expensive though. Is it worth it?
